ORDERING: Orders are received daily by phone, fax or email at Onomea offices
in Pomfret Center, CT, or through the Company’s website at www.onomea.com. Each
order must specify the case type, number of cases and shipping address. All orders
received are shipped on Monday of the following week for Wednesday delivery.
Orders must be received by 5PM EST each Friday for shipment the following week.
SHIPPING: All plants are shipped by FedEx Two Day Delivery
from Hilo Hawaii. All orders received by the preceding Friday are shipped on
Monday morning for delivery by Wednesday afternoon. FedEx two-day service guarantees
delivery by 4.30 PM, however most shipments are received Wednesday morning.
DELIVERY: Onomea may at any time postpone delivery of any of the items ordered for a reasonable
time as to a particular scheduled shipment. Shipment or deliveries as specified
in the order shall be strictly in accordance with the quantities and schedules
specified in the order. Onomea can only ship to a physical address. All orders
are tracked using the FedEx tracking number and website.
PACKING & BRANDING: All products are shipped in the case quantities indicated and include a branded
Onomea care tag providing specific instructions for plant care. All boxes are
marked “Hawaiian Floral Product - Please Open Immediately”.
UNPACKING: Upon arrival
all plants should be carefully removed from the case and placed immediately in
pots. Plants should be watered immediately upon arrival and at the recommended
frequency thereafter.
ACCEPTANCE: Unless Onomea is notified within twenty four
hours of the delivery date that the purchase has not been received or accepted,
the order shall be deemed accepted as written in all details as if a written
acknowledgement to that effect had been delivered to Onomea.
DAMAGES: All Onomea
plants and other products are professionally packed, and damages during shipping
are extremely rare. In the event that plants or other products are received in
damaged condition, the Customer is required to contact Onomea within 24 hours
of the receipt of the damaged product. Onomea shall have the right to inquire
as to the nature of the damage and request information such as digital photos,
or return of the product for inspection.

SPECIFICATIONS: Onomea has established specifications
for its various plant varieties and mixed cases. Specifications include cultivar,
height, bloom count, plant age, etc. The Onomea plant specifications have been
developed based on the company’s study of sales trends and customer preference.
